Absolutely – frequency depends on your needs. We work at a sustainable pace, not a rushed unsustainable one. Not all check ins are required to be in person and can be via phone or email.

SOMA comes from the Greek word for “body”. We chose it to reflect a whole-body approach to nutrition. But it also has a second layer of meaning: the soma is the central body of a neuron.
